Four Years of 24-7-365 in 2010Carla Harding - 4 Jan 2010
2010 ushers in, what could be, an explosion of prayer across the globe. In the early days of this decade two years of non-stop prayer have already begun across University and College Campuses in the USA and the Church in Canada. These two amazing and outrageously ambitious prayer challenges (Campus America & Unite Canada) are going for broke to mobilise Jesus followers to pray like they’ve never prayed before... What will happen when North America has been drenched in a year of repentance, intersession and conversation with the Father?
Not to be out done, believers in Scotland and Australia are launching two more years of 24-7-365 Prayer, passing the baton from church to church through 2010. More information on how to get involved on all four years of prayer should appear here on the 24-7 Blog in the next few months.
As with much of what happens in the 24-7 Prayer movement, what we hear about can just scratch the surface of what God’s up to in the earth. Lets make the ‘Tweenies’ a decade drenched in prayer, mission and justice in Jesus’ name!
Carla leads on the work and growth of 24-7 Prayer across Great Britain and she is part of the Lectio 365 team, helping people pray the Bible every day. Her life was hijacked by God in 1999 during a two hour stint in the first ever 24-7 Prayer Room. Carla loves prayer and worship, friends and food, a well told story and a challenge to get her teeth into. In her spare time, Carla is an active member of Revelation Family Church, a 24-7 Prayer Community. She lives in Chichester, UK with her husband Steve and their children Jackson and Eloise.
