"Around the beginning of March," writes Jaz Jacobs (below) of 24-7Spain, "my mom and I attended a big prophetic conference hosted by Cindy Jacobs (left) here in Madrid. She kept going on and on about how we needed to stand up and pray for our nation, so at the end of the meeting i went up to her just to let her know that Spain WAS praying (since this was the first week of our 3 straight months of prayer)! She was glad to hear it but I didn't think she seemed as excited about it as I was, so before the conference was over I handed her my one and only un-read copy of Red Moon Rising, recommending it to her when the truth was that I myself hadn't even attempted to read it yet."

"About 3 weeks later I started hearing about how wonderful the book was and I was beginning to punish myself and sulk about giving my book away just because she was a famous speaker.

"Then, about 7 months later my mom happened to be in the US and was invited to attend another conference where Cindy Jacobs happened to be speaking. So my mom decides to go thinking "it can't hurt me so maybe it can chear me up some". From far off Cindy Jacobs happens so see my mom and runs over asking "how is Jaz?",. Shocked that she would even remember me or her, my mom gives a short update and walks off (happy to be able to show her daughter off...since thats what mothers like to do). The days go by, the conference was good...it was for women in ministry all over the US so it was a pretty good size conference. The last day of the conference comes and at the beginning of the last meeting Cindy stand up on the stage and says "Rebeca (that's my mom), can you come up to the stage and tell everyone about what God is doing through prayer in Spain?"

"After that she went ON AND ON about how wonderful the Red Moon Rising book is and about how incredible the red moon is and what it symbolizes (you know how prophets and intercessors really enjoy symbolic things). Then she finishes by telling all the women there that they should get one of those books and about how she couldn't put it down and sent it to her son who works in Hollywood!"

Anyway...I thought it was interesting how God works things out."
