Ten Years, Seven Messages: Hear What Leaders Had to SayCarla Harding - 1 Mar 2010
As we prepared to celebrate 24-7 Prayer's tenth Birthday we invited key leaders who have encouraged and championed the 24-7 vision to send us a special anniversary message. Much thought, juggling technology and file downloading followed as video greetings poured in from across the UK. Some were humourous, all expressed praise to God and one or two contained a challenge to look to the future.
After gathering them in and watching them with the UK team I compiled for them into two videos for our UK celebration, IAM10. The messages proved a great encouragement. Today we share them with you, the wider 24-7 movement and hope they spur you on to a deeper walk of prayer, mission and justice as you celebrate and praise Jesus with us...
Carla leads on the work and growth of 24-7 Prayer across Great Britain and she is part of the Lectio 365 team, helping people pray the Bible every day. Her life was hijacked by God in 1999 during a two hour stint in the first ever 24-7 Prayer Room. Carla loves prayer and worship, friends and food, a well told story and a challenge to get her teeth into. In her spare time, Carla is an active member of Revelation Family Church, a 24-7 Prayer Community. She lives in Chichester, UK with her husband Steve and their children Jackson and Eloise.
