Prayer Rooms in SchoolsPhil Togwell - 18 Oct 2010

24-7 Prayer Rooms have popped up in some weird and wonderful places over the last ten years. In churches and cathedrals, tents and caravans, prisons and government buildings, to name but a few… but schools? Yep… believe it or not, there have been more than sixty Prayer Spaces in Schools around the United Kingdom over the last couple of years. To find out ‘How?’ and ‘Why?’ and ‘Is that even possible?’, 24-7 Prayer UK have launched a new website with some friends who’ve been doing this for a few years now and we’d love you to go have a look at the stories, the news articles, the extensive resources, and to consider if this is something that you could join in with.

We'd love to hear from you if you're exploring prayer in schools especially if you're from outside the UK. Is this something God is doing internationally?

To find out more you can read the article in full on the 24-7 Prayer UK site or go straight to prayerspacesinschools.com
