Emergency Prayer and Justice teams to Libyan bordersThe Phantom Intercessor - 25 Feb 2011

Praying for Libya?  Want to do something practical?  Well, Claude Marsh from Malta feels prompted to become a small part of the answer to many prayers for the people dissplaced by the unrest.  He wants to extend an invitation to anyone who feels similarly to join him at the borders of the nation.

The proposed trip is not a 24-7 Prayer initiative, but we love Claude's heart, he explains more below...

"If you you have any desire to go to the borders of Tunisia and Egypt to pray and do works of justice email me." Writes Claude.  "As we work things out for a possible team we can communicate and plan a trip. The teams would probably be arriving within a week.

There is also a possibility being explored to assist ex-pats who are leaving Libya and transiting through Malta. We should have more details about this tomorrow as our friends communicate with government sources.

Please be aware that both border countries have just had revolutions which removed the previous government, things are not completely stable and a Polish priest was just assassinated a week ago in Tunisia. We urge you to pray and consider this carefully."

Contact Claude for further information and let's all pray, wherever we are in the world, for the Middle East and North Africa.

Disclaimer: This is not a 24-7 Prayer organised activity.  Any person who enters into this trip, does so at their own risk.  We recommend seeking travel advice from the appropriate authority in your nation.
