Prayer Requests from Carla Carla Harding - 13 Jan 2012
This January we are praying fervently for God to provide the right person for a vital role within the team. Within the 24-7 Prayer movement there is a hub of people who resource, encourage, teach, organise and more. At the crux of this team is our Chief Operations Office (COO), this month we are praying and fasting for God to bring us the right person to take on this role from Etienne Piek when he leaves this month. Please pray with us for guidance and wisdom, and for the right person to become known.
Also this month, myself and the International team are considering sending prayer and mission teams this spring to three Asian nations. There are some amazing opportunities to pray, love and serve in incredible places but before we can invite people to come there are important challenges like insurance to resolve. Please pray for wisdom for myself and the team as we look to see if we can make these teams a reality.
Carla leads on the work and growth of 24-7 Prayer across Great Britain and she is part of the Lectio 365 team, helping people pray the Bible every day. Her life was hijacked by God in 1999 during a two hour stint in the first ever 24-7 Prayer Room. Carla loves prayer and worship, friends and food, a well told story and a challenge to get her teeth into. In her spare time, Carla is an active member of Revelation Family Church, a 24-7 Prayer Community. She lives in Chichester, UK with her husband Steve and their children Jackson and Eloise.
