24-7 Spaces Day 23: Walk on water - 19 Mar 2012

Today the question is: What storm are you facing? What trial are you going through? Can you see Jesus; can you see Him coming toward you to bring you to safety?

This week's 24-7 Spaces come to us from Ibiza, the party capital of the world, with host Brian Heasley. In 2005 Brian followed the call of God and moved to Ibiza to outreach to the thousands that travel their each year. Since then he has been living a lifestyle of ‘Prayer as mission’. His mission field, the streets of Ibiza, come complete with open drug taking, binge drinking, nudity and fights…. But in all this, the team get the privilege to work with broken people who need to be cared for and deserve an encounter with a God who passionately loves them.

As Brian leads us through the gospel of John we find the disciples fearing for their lives in the midst of a storm and Jesus, once again, being the Saviour.

I am Jesus, don’t be afraid.
