Autobiography: a US 24-7 gathering - 3 May 2012

Where your story meets God's story and becomes a new story….

This year's 24-7 USA Midwest Gathering will be meeting June 14th-16th in Kansas City, Missourri. With the tagline "where your story meets God's story and becomes a new story…" it is set to be an exciting time for the 24-7 Prayer family to meet together and be encouraged by the stories of what God is doing across the planet while remembering our own stories, of how our lives have all been transformed by an encounter with God in prayer.

The heartbeat of the 24-7 Prayer movement is Prayer, Mission and Justice and so the weekend will be focussing on stories of God working in these areas through the movement. The gathering will be hosting some of the leaders of 24-7 Prayer from across the world to share about how God has weaved their lives into great adventures in the realms of prayer, mission and Justice. Their testimonies will invite us into the narrative of what the Father has been orchestrating in and through our shared lives for the past decade and give us insight into what he is doing now and for the future.

The weekend will kick off at 7pm on Thursday the 14th June with an evening session on thursday night, focussing on prayer, then continue into friday with a focus on mission and finish up with saturday focussing on justice. Some of the 'storytellers' include Pete Greig, Gary Schmitz, Wendy Andrews, Jon Petersen, Ian Nicholson, Amanda Siebold, Roger Ellis and many others.
