Obsessively, dangerously, undeniably Jesus. - 20 Jun 2012

The vision is an army of young people.

You see bones. I see an army.

10 years ago Pete Greig, one of the founders of 24-7 Prayer, sat in the first prayer room at 3am and scribbled a poem that would help define the 24-7 movement.

'The Vision Poem', as it became known, spread like wildfire. In a short time it was picked up by artists around the world; being remixed in New York and Sweden and even choreographed in Spain. It appeared in magazines, including 'The Way' which circulates to 100,000 underground churches in China. In Washington DC 10,000 American young people prayed the words at 'The Call'.

Now, 10 years and over 150 countries later, God continues to exceed expectations as non-stop prayer spreads throughout the globe. And in all of this, the vision remains the same; the vision still reflects the words sprawled across that wall 10 years ago.

If your vision is to change the world, The Vision Course will change your life.

The Vision Poem became a generational call to arms. It speaks of an army of young people burning with passion for God. Out of this passion 24-7 are launching The Vision Course, a 5-month training program to help train and equip young radicals to become God's hands and feet on the Earth through prayer, mission and justice. If Pete's words echo a prayer that has been burning in your heart then maybe the vision course is for you, you can get all the details on the 24-7 Academy pages.

...And the generation prays,

like a dying man with groans beyond talking, with warrior cries, sulphuric tears and with great barrow loads of laughter! Waiting. Watching: 24 – 7 – 365.
