Calling all photographers: Help us inspire the church to pray - 31 Jan 2013
This week we officially launched a brand new feature of the website called Ancient Paths.
In Ancient Paths you will uncover resources to help you explore the monastic and contemplative traditions of the church.
One of my favorite aspects is the Rhythms section. If you have ever wondered what place liturgies or meditations have in our busy postmodern age, then Rhythms is for you. It is packed with "how to…" guides that will help you engage with these ancient spiritual practices and develop rhythms to punctuate your life.
Calling all photographers…
Ancient Paths is still growing and now we need your help. Devotional Images is a section of Ancient Paths that is designed to help encourage meditative prayer. If you are a talented photographer and have taken any HQ pictures that you think would help to fuel people's prayers then we would love to hear from you.
In 'Devotional Images' you can see that there is a wide range of photos and each one has a thought or verse to accompany it (there are a few examples below).
If you would like to help in inspiring the global church to pray then email us ([email protected]) with your pictures along with the prayers you think they inspire.

Even though I walk through the valley
Psalm 23 says that God will lead you and guide you in paths of righteousness, even though the path lies in the darkest valley.

Guide me
Psalm 25 “Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my saviour.” Do you trust God to be your guide rope?
