It's All Greek: Mission Team OpportunityTheresa Stone - 13 Mar 2013

Greece is a nation of extremes and a new opportunity to join a 24-7 Prayer short term mission there is not to be missed.

The beauty of the Greece, known for it's endless beaches and clear waters has been marred. The nation was struck by a financial crisis and the people are victim to a collapsing economy.

There is a desperate need for hope in a climate of increasing poverty.

That's where you come in.

A 24-7 Prayer linked Greek international church in Thessaloniki would like a short-term mission team to come and work among the gypsy kids, be creative and missional among students at the University and in the town. The team will get a chance to serve at the Balkan Connect gathering in Ohrid.

The team will meet immigrants from former Soviet Union nations and serve some of the poorest people in Europe.

Dates: 16th-25th June.

Cost: £310 plus flights and personal travel insurance.

To apply:  email the missions team.
