This year, many of the world's most powerful leaders will meet in the UK. They must change the future for millions of people who live with the day to day struggle against hunger. But that will only happen IF we get together and make them act. 

24-7 Prayer have joined over 100 charities from across the UK taking action towards ending global hunger. In a world where there is enough food for everyone and yet 1 in 8 people go hungry, the IF campaign is asking you to join your voice with thousands of others to end this.

This monty python inspired film shows how much aid has done to save lives.

What can you do?
