Pray for the PhilippinesThe Phantom Intercessor - 11 Nov 2013

Officials suspect that 10,000 have died and over 600,000 have been displaced in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan this weekend (8-10 November), one of the most severe Typhoons on record.

A huge international relief effort is underway, however this work has proven extremely difficult due to the extensive damage to infrastructure caused by the storm.

More than nine million people have been affected and many are stuggling without food, safe drinking water and adequate shelter.

Prayer Points:

• Pray for relief workers - to be able to gain access to remote areas and re-establish communications.
• Pray for peace - especially for those who lost loved ones and homes in the tragedy.
• Pray for resources - many millions are in desperate need of food, safe drinking water and shelter.
• Pray for wisdom - for governments and authorities as they look to rebuild.
