Student Day of Prayer in the UKBrian Heasley - 13 Jun 2014
Fusion have been supporting, catalysing and equipping church-based student work in the UK since 1997 and it’s been an amazing journey; one in which they have seen God work in incredible ways. In March they gathered and over 120 church-based student leaders were in attendance - what a transformation from 1997 when you could count on one hand the number of church-based student workers in the UK.
Next week, for the first time in Fusion’s history, they are holding a national gathering to pray for students and 24-7 Prayer are getting involved. This is a call to pray for the student world. It will be a day of worship, creative and heartfelt prayer, prophetic encouragement and ministry.
You can find out more here and if you’re planning to come along, let us know here. (You must book your place if you intend to come)
It’s taking place in Loughborough on Wednesday June 18th 2014 at 10.30am at St Peter's Church, Storer Road, Loughborough, LE11 5EQ.
The climate is changing and our prayers make the difference; we would love you to join us, but if you can’t be there, please pray with us on that day.
We believe that God is at work amongst local churches and students. We are excited to gather and bring all that has been, all that is and all that could yet be before the King of Kings and spend a day with him focusing on this pioneering and potential-full ministry.
The guys from Prayer Storm will also be there and we can't wait to see what God has for us on this day and beyond.
