Will you give to equip a generation? 15th Anniversary AppealCarla Harding - 10 Sep 2014

  • The Church was born from non-stop, Spirit-fuelled prayer that spilled onto the streets of Jerusalem and saw 3,000 saved (Acts 2)
  • Centuries later the Moravian 100-year prayer meeting ignited a passion for Jesus so great it mobilised hundreds of young people in mission. Some were even willing to sell themselves into slavery to share their faith
  • Today, this same potent combination of prayer and mission has ignited the global Church. We have filled the past 15 years with non-stop prayer, giving birth to expressions of the Kingdom bringing people to Christ and caring for the poor and vulnerable

Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence
Matthew 22:37 MSG

24-7 Prayer enables the Church, particularly young people, to fall in love with Jesus, and share that love with others. As we celebrate 15 years of non-stop prayer, this move of the Spirit is still escalating.

Will you give a monthly gift today to help us meet the growing demand for prayer and mission support around the world?

We’re seeing growth in Spirit-filled prayer and mission through:

24-7 Prayer Rooms that challenge a church community to learn to pray creatively, round the clock for a week or more. We conservatively estimate that more than a million people have tried this and experienced greater faith, kingdom callings and answered prayer.

Prayer Spaces in Schools have already offered over 300,000 pupils, most not Christian, the chance to try talking to Jesus. The number of schools asking to host a prayer space is roughly doubling each year across four continents.

A lifeline for prisoners on their first night in jail. Every chaplain in the UK has access to a resource that gives a prisoner a way to pray on his first night in jail. 24-7 Prayer is about to launch a prison prayer course to help inmates take that experience further and explore prayer in depth. We believe what is being piloted in the UK could become a resource for the world.

24-7 Prayer’s resource and support has been free, and always will be, because of the generosity of people like you. We need your help for that to continue.

£15,000 target for our 15th Birthday

We fervently believe that this could be the first 15 years of a prayer and mission movement, like the Moravians, that could outlive us all and see thousands come to know Jesus. Could you partner with us in sowing into the renewal of the Church and the discipling of a generation in deep, life-long, impacting faith?

We need to raise £15,000 a year through new monthly givers just to keep pace with the growth of all God is doing

  • £25 could help us launch the Prayer in Prisons course across the UK
  • £15 would allow us to continue producing innovative ways to equip local churches, schools and campuses to pray as they’ve never prayed before
  • £5 could help us put our seasonal iTunes chart-topping 24-7 Podcast series, a daily video devotional resource, in the hands of a young person

Mission without prayer is impotent.

Both need provision yet only Christians will give to prayer. It takes faith to see its importance and impact. Please consider giving today.

Thank you in advance for the difference your gift will make.

They pray like it all depends on God and live like it all depends on them
