It's A Penalty: the Global campaign overtaking the Olympics...Brian Heasley - 4 May 2016

Today, all over the world, vulnerable children as young as 11 and 12 years old are trafficked and groomed for commercial sexual exploitation. Yet protection from exploitation, abuse and violence is the right of every child.

"Give justice to the poor and the orphan; uphold the rights of the oppressed and the destitute”

Psalm 82:3

This summer we’re prayerfully supporting It’s a Penalty, an incredible organisation working to inform as many people as possible about the issue of child commercial exploitation.

Specifically throughout the 2016 Olympic Games, It’s a Penalty will educate about the penalties for offenders, and equip the general public, sports fans and tourists with necessary tools to report a crime.

"If you see something, say something"

Major sporting events, such as the Olympic games, provide an opportunity for fans to take advantage of children and young people who are then exposed to the commercial sex trade.

It’s a Penalty needs our Prayer

Our prayer is that God would equip It’s a Penalty -  that they can harness the power of sport to protect children from exploitation and abuse, globally.
