welcome andy + Jonah - 11 Mar 2002
God has been just amazing in providing exactly the right people to work with 24-7 in some desperately stretched areas...Andy Stehrenberger (Stez to his mates) has come from running his own new media company to develop new prayer resources for 24-7 and make our e-shop work like it should / could. He's Swiss-English, born in Australia and about to marry a Pakistani girl!!! Andy is really over-qualified to be working for us and could probably be earning big-money in the City, but feels like this is what God is calling himn to. he's also a real laugh...We have been so short-staffed for so long we are just thrilled to have these guys on board. What's more... God has really given us the very best people for the jobs. Thanks for standing with us in prayer... God has come through...
Jonah Bailey (see pic) has been appointed as 'Team Coach' which basically means that he works with all the 24-7 Bases round the world helping relationships be strong and serving them any way he can as they seek to mobilise prayer in their nations. Jonah, who works for YWAM, is Californian but living long-term in Spain where he and his wife Heather are planitng a youth-church in Seville.
One more staffing challemnge is that we really need someone to co-ordinate and develop Boiler Rooms as they multiply so fast. Please ask God, once again, to provide the right person for this exciting position.
Cheers
