Markus & Andrea Lägel of 24-7 Germany (left, with Jonah Bailey) have 'acquired' a 20 bedroom school in Bilder Ramsdorf, near Leipzig and just twenty minutes from an über-cheap EasyJet airport! 'It's a total miracle from God,' says Markus. 'We have the place for just 50 Euros a month!

Twenty people will be living in the new property at Bilder Ramsdorf to do the 24-7 Transit course from September, and from there a new Boiler Room will be planted into a deprived area of North East Germany next year, led by Ralf Neumann (below left).

"Crazy times!" continues Markus. "Three months ago (easter sunday!) we saw the old building where we felt  God likes to give it to us. Last friday we got the key!  We got an old school building with extra 4 flats (20 rooms / 400 squaremeter /  enough for all 20 of us!) for just 50 euro a month! Its amazing what God is doing:

+++ A guy I never met  before offered us a truck full of furniture in good condition. He drove 24 hours without sleep - 1200 km to bring us beds, shelds, lamps, chairs, sofas, fridges, ovens ... for only the money for the rented car and even offered to  pay the petrol (which we didn't accept - we're not that bad *g*).

+++ The  same day a group of 10 helpers came over. some guys from dresden  heard about that we may need help, so they sended the austrians over  - and paid the bus!

+++ A mail from the US offered us 30 people to help.  Where do they know from? they just felt they should skip schedule  and not go on the planned trip but look for another option.

+++ yesterday  we got an offer: we can have a 7 tonnes lorrie with 7 seats and only  70 000 miles for free if we like.

"Ok, just this for now. it is amazing. well, it's stressful as well.  but we enjoy it.

Andrea is doing good as well. but it is much for her as you can  imagine! our baby will be born in 8 weeks.

We feel we are moving in Gods plan. which is a good  feeling and takes away a lot of pressure. so please enjoy with us and pray with us. its a great time to flow in  Gods river. the last 6 years of 24-7 prayer have been a great adventure, and the last three months have been even more amazing and right now its only amazing.

c u soon!!
