24-7 Leaders Gather in London This Week - 11 Sep 2006
PLEASE PRAY for the key leaders within the 24-7 international family, who are converging from all over the world in London this week for our annual
Westminster Central Hall, opposite Westminster Abbey where 24-7 Leaders will gather on Sunday |
Round Table (which makes all the big decisions about the direction of things for the coming year) followed by our International Leaders Gathering at the weekend.
It's probably the most important few days in the whole year for us, a time for deepening old friendships, making new ones, taking stock of all that God has done over the past twelve months, wrestling with exciting challenges and waiting on God.
Over the past year we've been doing loads of work looking at how to structure 24-7 internationally in a way that can continue to facilitate all the explosive things God is doing. In London we will be reporting on this process, commissioning some new initiatives and giving more time than usual to worship and thanking God for all he continues to do with us.
"In many ways, it's our most significant gathering so far", comments Ian Nicholson. "After Round Tables in Hernnut (2005), Barcelona (2004), Amsterdam (2003) and Malaga (2002), it feels right that we meet back in England where it all began, at this key time for the movement". |
