USA: Special 24-7 Recording - 12 Jan 2005
Avid readers of this site may know...24-7 is soon to release our first full-on worship CD (following in the wake of 24-7Chill, 24-7Rock & 24-7 Beats) and we have some exciting news for you...
One of the things we all love about this movement is the way God is gifting and using faceless people to do amazing things. One of those people is Jonathan Helser a photographer and worship leader from North Carolina.

Jonathan's an incredible musician and has written some truly great songs even though God has hidden him from the public gaze. Perhaps his best song is called "I see" and is about the difference between the way we see life and the way God does. It echoes a line from "The Vision" "you see bones I see an army..." and it powerfully impacts people wherever it's sung. What |

many people don't know is that the song was written out of the trauma of Jonathan's experiences loving his beautiful wife Melissa who suffers constant pain from a very serious degenerative condition.
When Pete Greig heard the 'I see' song he begged Jonathan to let us put it on the new 24-7 Worship CD and Jonathan with typical generosity went into the studio specially this week to lay down the track for us. | |

"This song belongs to my Father so may his presence hijack the recording and his amazing will be done. amen."
(Jonathan Helser) |
Jonathan says:"Please pray for his anointing and favor to be upon us as we are recording the "I see a mountain, you see a miracle, I see dry bones, you see an army" song. Pray for fresh creativity and a new release from heaven, that we might be lifted up into the Father's presence and see the way he sees. The musicians recording are me, Melissa, Joel Simmons, Dave Massey and Shane Key." |
He continues: "Knowing that, through 24-7 this song will go out to prayer rooms in over 50 nations......it's very awesome how Jesus can multiply my little old lunch, to feed thousands......His Favor can do more in just one second.......
