The 18-year-old, set to take part in Merseyfest, died from axe injuries after he was attacked near McGoldrick Park in Huyton, Merseyside last week.
BBC news says Paul Taylor, 20, and a 17-year-old youth, also from Huyton, are due to appear before magistrates today.
A 23-year-old man questioned over the killing was released on bail, Merseyside Police said. A vigil for Anthony is being held tonight
People will gather at St Gabriel's Church to pay their respects from 7pm tonight, before walking to the scene of the attack.
There will be a short service of prayers and reflection at 7.30pm, before a candlelit procession leaves the church in Seel Road to arrive in McGoldrick Park an hour later.
Police previously questioned 4 more men who were released on bail.

Please pray for Anthony's family and friends, police investigators and all those connected with this tragic killing.
Also pray for Merseyfest, a festival for Liverpool, organised by Christians in the city from 14-21 August. As well as a family 'party in the park', there are a number of community impact projects happening that week. The organisers say: "Thousands of people from the region, across the UK and the globe are coming to Liverpool to make Merseyside safer, stronger, cleaner and kinder."
Churches and groups are now praying 24-7 for Merseyfest and Liverpool, most famous as the home town of the Beatles when they started out back in the 1960s. |
