Portugal: prayer room in psychiatric hospital - 21 Jan 2005
|
This week we featured an article on the Borden family in Portugal. They belong to the White Stone community who have an amazing opportunity to host a 24-7 week in a psychiatric hospital in downtown Lisbon...
However, they need your prayers: |

Lisa Borden writes: "The hospital authorities couldn't give us permission in time to do it the week before Christmas as we had hoped. They sounded very interested and told us we could do it in January.
We asked for this week and they couldn't clear us in time, though they said yes, they kept thinking of higher ups they needed to clear it with as well. The priest chaplain said it was cool with him.
Every day we hear of some one else they need to ask.
Now we REALLY want to start Monday night 24 January as this is the last week our team can all be together for a long time. PLEASE PRAY with us that we get clearance now so we can set up and begin Monday night. And while you're at it, we will be hosting Connect Portugal here at our house this weekend so you might pray for that time as well."
