Seville - 3 Jun 2003

It's 4:15pm and the 24-7 office is kinda quiet.

Carla has deserted us to spend some time in Seville, Spain, with Jonah - the 24-7 Team Coach. She assures us that this she is going to be doing loads of work but I know the real plan... Get up late, head out for some lunch before breaking for a siesta. Get up in time for a light snack before hitting the town. And don't forget the sun-bathing!!

In amongst all the fun though there is the serious matter of planning the 24-7 Round Table. Once a year all the people who work for 24-7 (in germany, spain, sweden, canada, japan, indonesia, uk, usa, etc), partner organisations, boiler room staff, mission teams staff, the list goes on (we're looking at well over 100 people this year) meet to look at the future of 24-7. We spend time in prayer (24-7), hearing stories from around the world (in loads of languages!), planning the next 12 months, as well as having a lot of fun.

It is a lot of work to put together so please pray for Jonah and Carla as they try and get their heads around it. Also please pray that Carla has a great time. Carla works hard and none of us get paid a lot of money (praise the Lord for Easyjet!), so please pray that she gets some time to relax and have fun!

Please pray for Jonah too as he balances his time with 24-7 and church planting into the heart of the youth culture in Seville.
