In my defence... - 4 Jun 2003

After reading the previous article claiming that I (Carla) am doing nothing more than kicking back and relaxing in Spain I felt the need to set the record straight and ask for some prayer.

This week I am indeed in the gorgeous Seville Spain working with Jonah Bailey on the 24-7 Round Table.  We're currently trying to figure out how we can gather potentially 100 people from 20 nations (speaking many languages!!) to a lovely YWAM base in the centre of Amsterdam, Holland.  Every year we gather our 24-7 family from all over the globe to share stories of the past year dream for the coming one.  For me it's the best part  of our calendar.

Please pray for Jonah and I as we pull stuff together, pray for just enough organisation to pull it off but not so much that we squeezes God's spontinaity out of the equation.

And Phil - yes it is hot, yes I have got a tan and I do love those seistas!  It's all about being indiginous to the culture.  I refuse to opress this spanish community with British 9-5 attitiudes, Woohoo!!

PS Our first meeting was at the beach!
