"Each time I left the 24-7 prayer room I was on a high," reports Rebecca, a single mother, from Reigate, Surrey (left) who recently recovered from severe post-natal depression. "Before our week of 24-7 my prayer life was very hit or miss," she admits. "So when we were asked to put our name for an hour slot in the 24-7 prayer room I did so reluctantly. |

"I chose late Saturday evening because I thought no-one else would want to go then... But I ended up going three times! I thought I would go for an hour and stayed for two. I became comfortable in the Lord’s presence and didn’t feel I needed to talk all the time. I just felt at home. |

"I felt I could leave my worries in God’s hands. Each time I left I was on a high, knowing I was loved and treasured by our Father. When I woke up the next morning I had the excited feeling you have after that first kiss! Now," says Rebecca, "prayer is natural, something I look forward to doing, no longer a chore." |
