Being the good journalists that we are, we asked Andy to give us the run-down on his experience in Transit so far. Here's what he said.

On Communal Living
"For me, a vital part of the course is living with people that I didn’t know at all a few months ago. People have been honest about dealing with the problems that have come up over the last few months. As a result, our house has a really relaxed atmosphere. Living in this community is a real blessing to me. I feel that I am being real with people for the first time and I know that God is the reason for this." |

On Transit's Teaching and Training
"The training blocks have really challenged me - I have been stretched and had alot to think about in the past few months. It's always great to hook up with the Transit team in Reading during the training blocks and find out what they are up to as well."
"One of the exciting things about this course is that we read the entire Bible in nine months. For me, this means actually reading parts which I normally skip over! From this, I have learned a lot and God has been speaking to me through these verses."

Andy's Outlook...
"Since this is the first year for the course in England, the students really have the opportunity to put something into the course that could impact future students as well." |
Thanks to Mr. T aka Kansas City's very own Matt Turner for all the good work on this interview.
