Wham Bam Amsterdam - 8 Oct 2003
A big thankyou to everyone who prayed for us in the run up to the Round Table in Amsterdam and during the time we were there.Every year we try to get everyone who works for 24-7 in all the nations to come together to seek God, hang out, encourage each other and pray for each other and the forthcoming year.
Some of the highlights included:
- drinking LOTS of coffee
- staying with 'The Foolish Things' part of YWAM in Amsterdam. They have a cool cafe with the most incredible toilets!!
- hearing loads of cool stories from the different bases (from prayer rooms in Japan to possible boiler rooms in mexico)
- hearing about loads of new potential boiler rooms
- renewing old friendships and making new ones.
The list could go on and on. It was a really key time for the whole of 24-7 as a movement and loads of new plans are being hatched as a result.
Wanna know more? We're gonna put together a Round Table Booklet with reports from each nation, boiler rooms, mission teams and a breakdown of what we did. And you can get it for free!!! We're gonna post it to you all as a way of saying thanks for your support and a chance for you to see the results of some of your prayers and support.
Oh... And Farah made it too.
