Sad news from Boy's Town...

You may remember the amazing story we brought on 16th January about Kelly Greene's work amongst the people of Boy's Town in Mexico where she is dreaming of establishing a 24-7 Boiler Room. In that article Kelly (left) mentioned her new and delightful friend 'Kilo' (right) who was really beginning to open up to Jesus. Click HERE to get the story. Kelly writes requesting urgent prayer regarding some tragic news:

"My good friend Kilo died on Wednesday.  He was in a car accident last Saturday and was thrown from his car. He went into a coma, then died about 6 PM on Wednesday, March 29th.  He had just turned 25. I don't think I stopped crying for about 12 hours, until I fell asleep.  Even now as I write,  I'm wrestling with the loss of someone who had become a genuine friend.

I hope and believe that on Wednesday evening, Heaven hosted a fabulous party that welcomed a prodigal son home.  (Kilo likes a good party.)  I don't know what was happening in his heart the day he died, but every time I spoke with him, he was responding to the drawing of the Father in his life.  Please pray for his family, his 9-year old son, and all who have been touched by the death of this precious individual. I will write more soon, because Jesus continues to work such beautiful things in this place.  Thank you all for your prayers and friendship.

Love, Kelly
