Matt, our Boiler team urban monk in Moss Side, Manchester with an update on last week's burglary: So what went missing?

"2 laptops,
3 cameras,
and my minidisc player.

Hoping that it wouldn't wreck Cate's birthday we decided to drop all plans of practical jokes and smothered her with love. I was most impressed with the response our community gave to this budding photographer. Even though one of the cameras could never be replaced due to sentimental factors a fund was started to surprise the young lady with a great gift. Answering our own prayers, a collective of indebted and broke twenty-somethings managed to raise about £500 in an afternoon to buy a new camera. Great support and encouragement in a time of hardship and what a response when given the opportunity to physically lay down some love?! That is friendship with no boundaries; that is church with no walls."
