Pray With the World: 31st May 2009Etienne Piek - 23 Feb 2009

“From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3

It is with great anticipation that we are preparing for GDOP 2009. Currently 137 nations have already registered to participate on 31 May 2009. Within these nations we can already see massive growth from 1 or 2 events in 2008 to multiple events in 2009. God is busy awakening the watchmen across the world and restoring his house to be a house of prayer for the nations. Therefore we move in faith to see every single nation on the face of the earth react to this call of united prayer. Will this be the season where “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea”?

On the Homepage of the Global Day Of Prayer website, you will find a map of the world with information on which nations have already been registered for GDOP 2009 and those who have not yet been registered.

If you want to join the largest prayer meeting on earth we would strongly advise you to make sure that your nation has been registered as well as to challenge you to help us find contacts in the nations where we have no registrations yet.  If you want to join a prayer meeting that has already been organised in your nation, then under each registered nation you will also find information about where GDOP will take place and who the contact person is.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, queries or information. As always, we are here to serve!

Many Blessings
The International GDOP Team
